When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed are dispatched the next business day. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. Order processing, shipment and deliveries do not take place over the weekend or public holidays.
Which courier do you use?
All domestic and international orders are shipped with UPS. The only exception is Russia, where due to their customs procedures we are required to ship orders through registered mail.
Delivery of items varies according to the destination country and its specific customs authority regulations.

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, you may choose a different address for delivery of your order for example in the event that you want to receive your order at your work address or you might want to offer the item as a gift.
What happens if you deliver whilst I am out? Prior to the delivery date, UPS will contact you in order to confirm your presence at delivery address. If, however, you are out or away during delivery, the courier representative will leave a note with a local contact number in order to for you to contact them and arrange a different date for delivery.
Will I be charged customs and import charges? Customs or import duties are charged for non EU countries once the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, Folli Follie has no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.
