More specifically, under the general terms of this present agreement the Company wishes to set forth in a clear, lucid and comprehensive manner, abiding to the principles of good faith and to provisions on the validity of contracts, the terms and conditions under which it enters into transactions, according to Law 2251/1994 on “Consumer Protection” and in specific with the provisions on distant trading.

PERSONAL DATA

We wish to advise you that it constitutes a compulsory condition for the initiation of a transaction between us to intimate us certain personal data. In full respect of data of personal nature, we only request your personal information for the purposes and within the framework of operation of our Store. This present website is consistent with provisions of Law 2472/1997 on “Protection from the process of data of personal nature” and Law 3471/2009 on “Protection of personal data and private life in electronic communications”.

The information which has voluntarily been provided from the visitors/users of this present website is used by the Store for the direct and substantial contact with you, for better servicing and executing orders and finally for measuring the number of visits to the website in order for the Company to shape its opinion regarding the visitors’/users’ requests for more and for better products and any other issues pertaining to the present website. The Store does not distribute or transfer visitors/users’ information to any third party (natural person or legal entity) which is not linked to the Company, with the exception of the relevant provisions of law and only to the competent authorities.

The present website is designed in such a manner that the intimation of visitors’/users’ personal data is only necessary in the event of the visitors/users wishing to order products, to subscribe to the website or to contact the person in charge of its operation through email. Products sold by the Store are products of the Company. Characteristics and other accompanying information (e.g. indicatively the existence of guarantee, identity, any instructions etc.) of the products for sale are available and you may be informed about those by following the search instructions provided in our websites and by clicking on the name of the respective product.

CANCELING ORDERS

The Store disposes of a mechanism for canceling an order (in full or in part) which has already been submitted and has not yet been delivered. For any such cancellation of order (in full or in part) you will need to send an e-mail to eshop@follifollie.gr, a fax to +30 210 6241250 or call +30 210 6241150. This option is available to you until the moment we advise you of the dispatch of you order. Following that point in time cancellation is no longer possible.

There are clear indication of all products contained in the Store’s catalogues as to their availability in stock. Should you wish to order a product which is not immediately available, the Store shall contact you through e-mail or phone, within a reasonable period of time, in order to advise you on the estimated time of receipt of the product from the provider and its subsequent delivery to you. In this case should you determine that this delivery time is not satisfactory, you have the possibility to request the recall of the order of said product.

MEANS OF PAYMENT

All transaction in our website are secure and effected through thawte Security Certificate and SSL Technology. Credit card authorization is processed through 3D Secure Network, provided by VISA and MasterCard. For the facilitation and service of all those wishing to buy from our Store, we provide the following options of payment:

1. By charging a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card which has been issued from any bank. The Store has taken all necessary measures for the security of transactions by use of your credit card.
   
2. By cash upon delivery which is surcharged with operational fees of 5 euro per order.

MEANS - TIME - COST OF DISPATCH

Products are delivered by courier immediately and within 10 days at the latest to the location which you have indicated. Dispatches are executed daily, Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays excluded.

It is noted that dispatching costs are the same for all locations within Greece and are defined by the weight of the products of your order.

Dispatch time is subject to availability of the ordered products in the Store’s warehouse and to circumstances of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes etc.), in which case we shall inform you accordingly by e-mail or telephone in order for you to declare to us whether you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS ON SALE

The prices listed in the relevant catalogues next to each product include VAT (19%). The prices in question refer to quantities available in our company’s warehouses while the Store reserves itself the right to readjust prices.

WITHDRAWAL – RETURN OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to return products that you bought within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt, without damages to you and without being required to notify us of the reason for which you wish their return. In order to be eligible to return, the product needs to be in the same condition as upon its receipt, i.e. without being worn or damaged and accompanied with the receipt and the guarantee or card of return. For your convenience, upon delivery personally check the condition of the products of your order and that the packaging is intact in order to ascertain any visible defects. In case of return, dispatch expenses resulting from the return of the products are born by yourselves; the Store shall reimburse you with the amount corresponding to the purchase value and dispatch expenses of the products returned, with the same method of payment initially used for the placement of the order and within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products.

Return of products shall take place at the Company’s address in 23rd km of Athens-Lamia Highway, Ag. Stefanos, Attika, Greece.

STORE'S LIABILITY

This present website may contain links or signs relating to other webpages which belong or are administered by third parties. The Company does not administer nor monitors and therefore does not bear any responsibility regarding any information, product or service contained in them. Consequently, for any problem that may arise during the visit/use of them you are required to address yourselves directly to the relevant websites and pages which bear the relevant liability for the provision of their services.

The Store checks for any defects or for bad quality of products provided to its customers. All products are carefully packed and dispatched in excellent condition. However, should the existence of a defective product in the delivered quantity be confirmed you maintain the right to return it and have the option to replace it at our own dispatch expenses or to be reimbursed.

FRAUDULENT USE OF THE CLIENT'S CREDIT CARD

Should there be a confirmed fraudulent use of your credit card, your charge may be canceled following a request to the credit card issuing Bank which shall investigate your complaint or accusation. For this reason you are immediately required to notify the issuing bank after detecting such occurrence in order for it to cancel the card and to preclude its use from unauthorized persons.

ADVERTISING MESSAGES

The Store provides its visitors/users with the possibility to opt to be updated on new products available in the market and on any other offers, settlement of payments etc by sending advertising-information messages to their e-mail or postal address or through telephone. The Store will in no occasion abuse of its above service.
