When will my order be shipped?
PLEASE NOTE : Due to the Bank Holiday in the UK on Monday 28th May, any orders placed before 5.00pm for Next Day Delivery on Friday 25th May will be delivered on Tuesday 29th May. Orders placed after 5.00pm on Friday 25th May will be dispatched on Tuesday 29th May.
Your order will be shipped in line with your chosen delivery service. You can order up until 5pm Monday to Thursday for Next Day Delivery. Once shipped you will receive an email confirming the tracking information. Our courier will then be in touch with further updates, including your 1 hour time slot and how to re-arrange delivery.
Which courier do you use?
All UK orders are shipped via DPD and international orders are shipped via UPS. Orders to the Channel Islands are shipped via Royal Mail

Next day orders must be placed before the 5pm cut of in order to be despatched for delivery the following working day. Unfortunately, we cannot offer next day delivery on public holidays. Working days are Monday - Friday.

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, you may choose a different address for delivery of your order for example in the event that you want to receive your order at your work address or you might want to offer the item as a gift.
What happens if you deliver whilst I am out?
Prior to the delivery, our courier will contact you with information relating to your delivery time slot. If you are not going to be available to sign for the parcel at this time you can re-arrange the delivery directly with the courier or choose to leave the parcel in a safe place. If you do request for the parcel to be left in a safe location on your property then Folli Follie cannot accept any responsibility for the parcel after this point.
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Customs or import duties are charged for non EU countries once the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, Folli Follie has no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.
