How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Upon dispatch you will recieve email correspondence confriming your DPD tracking information. The contact details you enter when placing your order are passed on to DPD in order for them to contact you directly and provide further updates, inlcuding a 1 hour delivery time slot on the date of delivery. 

What happens if I am not going to be avaliable to sign for my parcel?

We advise that you check your tracking information on the day your parcel is due to be delivered and check your 1 hour delivery time slot. If you are not going to be avaliable to sign for the parcel at the time of the order being delivered then we would advise you re-arrange the delivery via DPD's SMS service or request for the parcel to be left in a safe place. 

What should I do if I do not receive my parcel?

We would advise contacting Customer Services as soon as possible to allow them to conduct the appropriate investigations with our courier. If you have selected to leave the parcel in a safe location on your property then we unfortunately are not able to take responsibility for the parcel after this point.
