How do I know when my order is shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be informed with an email, which will include your parcel’s unique tracking number as issued by UPS. Either from our site or UPS website, you are able to view your order’s up to date location.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If after a reasonable time period you have not received your order, please contact UPS and provide them with the tracking number you received in the email. If this does not resolve the situation you can contact our Customer Care department at eshop@follifollie.gr.
