Order Tracking
- Has my order been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouses, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your parcel. Through the website of Geniki Taxydromiki (www.taxydromiki.gr) or UPS for international orders (www.ups.com), you will be able to find out information for your order.
- What happens if I do not receive my order?
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your parcel, please contact Geniki Taxydromiki or UPS (for international orders) quoting the tracking number. For any further problem, you may contact our Customer Service Department at eshop@follifollie.gr.
