• How can I pay for my order?

Folli Follie offers you the following payment methods to choose the one that suits you:

a. Credit/Debit Card: all credit cards are accepted.

b. Cash on delivery (for shipments within Greece): the payment of your order is made upon receipt of the order, by paying the amount to the courier company. This payment method is charged with a cash on delivery fee of 2.50€. We remind you that transactions over five hundred (500.00) Euros can only be made by debit/credit card. Therefore, if your order exceeds the above amount, cash on delivery is not available.

 * We take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.

• How do I use the discount coupons?

To use a discount coupon, you must enter the coupon code in the relevant field, located above the “Payment” option, during the checkout process.

First press the “Add” button to enter the code and then the “OK” button to calculate the offer.
