Deliveries

• When will my order be shipped?

We make every effort to ensure that all orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. Order processing, shipment and deliveries do not take place over the weekend or on public holidays.

• Which courier do you use?

Orders shipped to Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria are handled by Geniki Taxydromiki. Shipments to the rest of Europe (except Russia) are handled by UPS. No deliveries are made to PO boxes.

• Delivery Timetable

Delivery varies according to the destination country and its specific customs authority regulations.

The Geniki Tachidromiki courier company usually to delivers the parcels as follows:

• Within 1-4 days in Attica and all major urban destinations
• Up to 5-7 days in remote and inaccessible areas

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and safely as possible, even earlier than the above deadlines.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and items selected for purchase.

• Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes, you may choose a different address for delivery of your order, in case you want to send it as a gift.

• What happens if you deliver whilst I am out?

Prior to the delivery date, UPS will contact you in order to confirm your presence at delivery address. If, however, you are out or away during delivery, the courier representative will leave a note with a local contact number in order for you to contact them and arrange a different date for delivery.

• Will I be charged customs and import charges? 

Customs or import duties are charged for non-EU countries only.
