Online Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt for a refund onto the original payment method. Product(s) must be in the original state in which you received them, have not been used, worn, soiled or in any other situation beyond their original and their safety tag must remain intact. We will refund the price you purchased your item at, including sale items. We will not refund return postal charges. Items purchased online cannot be exchanged or refunded in any of our Folli Follie stores or concessions. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so we advise that the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid damage or loss. Items received outside our Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please repack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure it will not be damaged during transit and send the package by a carrier of your choice to the address above. We recommend using a recorded delivery service or courier to avoid any loss, theft, or damage of the item. The item(s) you are returning are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so we ask that they are packed correctly and will reach their destination.

How will I be refunded?

Upon receipt of the item by our Online Returns Department, your return request will be processed. When this stage is complete, your refund will be processed depending on the payment method you had chosen for your order. We advise that returns are generally received and processed within 14 days and advise you to retain proof of return until you receive email confirmation of the refund being processed.

Cancellations and Exchanges

If you realise you have made a mistake and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions on how to return in those instances. We unfortunately are unable to offer an exchange for a returned online purchase there we advise that you return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
