You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase items from the site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Your use of and registration on the site is void where prohibited.
By placing an order with follifollie.co.uk you are agreeing to receive email newsletters from Folli Follie. We will not share your data with any 3rd parties. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any point simply click on the unsubscribe link provided on any email.
Complete satisfaction promise
Folli Follie has as its priority your total satisfaction with our items and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order with us. You will need to return your item to us within 30 days of delivery, with its original packaging and proof of purchase and dispatch note and we will be happy to refund the price paid. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items when they are in your possession.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings. Items bought in our Sale or on promotion will not be refunded if returned after 14 days from the day you received the item, but can be exchanged within the relevant Sale period.
If you request a refund under our Complete Satisfaction Promise, we will refund you the price you paid for the items. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. We will also refund any delivery costs you have paid us to send your item, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
Please note, if an exchange is required, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will be placed. Please contact our Customer Service Team and they'll be happy to help you with this.
Pack the items back in the parcel, include the paperwork and send it back to the address above.
We highly recommend that you send your order back to us via a recorded delivery service for security purposes. We cannot accept responsibility for items sent by you and lost in transit. For all returns, except where the item is defective, damaged or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
A prompt refund of the price of the items will be issued once all the information referred to above is received, and in any event not later than 14 days after we receive the items from you. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.
Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order at any time up to 14 days after receipt of the item and to return it for a full refund. However, our Complete Satisfaction Promise extends your ability to return an unsatisfactory online purchase for up to 30 days.
This returns policy does not apply to defective or damaged items or items sent to you in error, which are dealt with separately in the "Defective and damaged items" section below.
Cancellations and exchanges
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for 'Returns' in those instances. Please follow these instructions for exchanges as well. It will usually be faster to re-order an item rather than send it back for an exchange, so please follow the above instructions while you order the item you would like instead. We realise this means two transactions on your credit card but feel it is faster for you to get the item you would like.
If we are providing engraving or repair services you cannot cancel your order if we have already started the work. This does not apply to repairs you have instructed us to carry out to defective or damaged items.
Defective and damaged items
Should you receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. You must return any defective, damaged or incorrect item to us within 30 days of receiving the item. You may then choose to receive a replacement item, repair, exchange for an alternative item or refund. Our personal shopping consultants will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Where the item is defective, damaged or dispatched in error by us, we will refund the price of the item in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
All Folli Follie items (except watches, which are covered separately) are warranted by us for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase under the terms of this warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. You will need to provide proof of purchase of the item.
In addition to your other rights under these terms, we will repair your item free of charge during the warranty period.
If we cannot repair your item we will refer you to our Customer Service Team and offer you an exchange of the item or a refund. We may provide a full or partial refund to reflect any use you have made of the item. Please note warranty does not cover loss of item.
Your watch movement is warranted by us for a period of two years from the original date of purchase under the terms of this warranty. The warranty covers mechanical and manufacturing defects only. You will need to provide proof of purchase of the item.
The watch movement and battery are the only components covered under this warranty. If the watch movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, you may then choose to receive a replacement item, repair, exchange for an alternative item or refund.
In case of replacement, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends two years from the date the replacement watch is received. If you are not satisfied with our suggested replacement, you may request that we repair the original item or request a refund. If we are unable to repair the original item, we may provide a full or partial refund to reflect any use you have made of the item.
We also warrant that watch batteries will be free of mechanical or manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase. If the battery proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the battery free of charge.
Your warranty does not cover:
Crystal strap, bracelet, hands or dial
Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear
Water damage unless marked water-resistant
Loss of item
For work that is not covered under this warranty, we may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on watch style and the type of services requested. These charges are subject to change. Such charges will be notified and agreed by you prior to performing the services.
Our items are manufactured to a very high quality. However, should you require it, we offer a repairs service. In addition to your other rights under these terms, we will repair your item free of charge during the warranty period. You will need to provide proof of purchase.

We highly recommend that you send your order back to us via a recorded delivery service for security purposes. We cannot accept responsibility for items sent by you and lost in transit. For all repairs, except where the item is defective, damaged or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the postage of the items to us.
We only offer our repairs service for items that you purchase from us.
Delivery and customs
Please see our "delivery" page for information on timings and costs of delivery. We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the items or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of items caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We shall attempt to deliver the items to the address you specify for delivery, or if none, to the credit card address you supply. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the items and if the items are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the items were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the items. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.
Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases. To give you a more straightforward service, the prices you pay includes any duties or taxes applicable to the USA, Canada, UK and the remainder of the European Union, which we will settle on your behalf. If duty rates change, we reserve the right to charge extra or not to supply. It may not be possible for us to deliver to some countries, if an order is received with a delivery address outside the territories stated, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team.
**Please note that any duty and/or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you as Folli Follie will not be held liable for these.
***Please note if this is your first order being placed on our website, for security reasons your order can only be delivered to your billing address where your credit/debit card is registered.
Contract for sale or services
The description of the items, services, price, currency, VAT and delivery costs are set out on the order page. The advertising of items and services on this site is an 'invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer and no contract of sale is formed between you and Folli Follie until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email from us. Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted once credit card authorisation has been confirmed, the order reflects current pricing, stock levels have been checked or, in the case of services, that we can offer the service you require. Once we accept your order, you shall pay the price for the items or services plus VAT and delivery and other costs specified on the order page and we shall charge your account for payment. Please keep your "confirmation of order" e-mail for your records.
In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Folli Follie on the site, which we may make from time to time. Proposed changes to the terms and conditions will be notified to you by e-mail or flagged for your attention when you log onto the site for a new session. Your continued use of the site after such notification shall be taken as your full acceptance of such changes. You will only own the items you purchase once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment for them in full. Until that time we will retain title to the items. Items supplied are not for resale.

Folli Follie cannot be held liable for any item that has been repaired or modified by a third party.
Folli Follie cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its items to your particular country or location is permissible, so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions.
This site and its contents will not constitute the basis for any contractual commitment between Folli Follie and any prospective customer in any jurisdiction in which the solicitation of interest or the offering of or sale of items by Folli Follie would contravene any applicable local, regional or national legislation.
