• How can I pay for my order?

Folli Follie offers you the following payment methods to choose the one that suits you:

a. Credit/Debit Card: all credit cards are accepted.

b. Cash on delivery (for shipments within Greece): the payment of your order is made upon receipt of the order, by paying the amount to the courier company. This payment method is charged with a cash on delivery fee of 2.50€. We remind you that transactions over five hundred (500.00) Euros can only be made by debit/credit card. Therefore, if your order exceeds the above amount, cash on delivery is not available.

• How do I use the discount coupons?

To use a discount coupon, you must enter the coupon code in the relevant field, located above the “Payment” option, during the checkout process.

Order processing, shipment and deliveries do not take place over the weekend or on public holidays.

• Which courier do you use?

Orders shipped to Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria are handled by Geniki Taxydromiki. Shipments to the rest of Europe (except Russia) are handled by UPS. No deliveries are made to PO boxes.

• Delivery Timetable

Delivery varies according to the destination country and its specific customs authority regulations.
