How do I place an order?
Ordering a product from our online store is as simple as visiting one of our physical stores around the world. Simply choose a category or collection and browse through our wide selection of products. You can limit your search by using the filters on the left-hand side of the page. When you find a product you like, click on it to display the detailed view of the item. From there, add a quantity and click on “Add to Basket” to add the item into your Shopping Bag. When you are done shopping, click on your Shopping Bag and on ''Check Out'' and then follow the steps until completion of the order.
Do I need an account to shop at Folli Follie?
No, you don’t need to create an account. You can place an order as a guest customer. However, creating an account at Folli Follie allows you to save your personal details and addresses for quicker check out at your next order and use “My Wishlist” feature.
Can I cancel an order?
This depends on the status of your order. Before shipment of your order you can cancel your order or part of it. If your order has already been dispatched then the item(s) will have to be returned once you have received them. In both cases, please initially contact our Customer Care department at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will guide you accordingly.
How do I use my Shopping Bag?
The Shopping Bag works in the exact manner a physical bag would. It contains all chosen products in detail and is one step away from checkout. It allows you to view, add or remove items chosen just as you would at one of our High Street stores.
How can I see which items I have placed in my Shopping Bag?
To view the items contained in your Shopping Bag click on the shopping bag image on the right top of your screen. The circled number allows you to view the number of items in your Shopping Bag at a glance.
How do I add or remove items from my Shopping Bag?
To add items into your Shopping Bag click on “Add to Basket” at the detailed product view page. To remove an item, click on the Shopping Bag icon and then on ''X'' next to the item you wish to remove. How can I change the quantity of an item I placed in my Shopping Bag? To change the quantity of a selected item, visit your Shopping Bag page, click on the quantity number and select the number of items you want to purchase. How can I review my orders and their status?
If you are a registered customer, click on “My Account” at the right upper side of our web page and then select “Order Information”. There, you can see all your orders placed, their details and statuses. If you have placed an order as a guest customer, you will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched. For more information you can contact Customer Care department.
What is My Wishlist?
“My Wishlist” is a feature, which allows you to add items you may want to purchase in the future. Wishlist items can be moved to the Shopping Bag at any point. To add an item to your Wishlist click on “Add to my Wishlist” on the detailed product view page.
If you are interested in buying a product that is currently out of stock, you may click on “Notify when in stock” to receive an email notification the instant it is available.
What are the methods of payment?
Folli Follie offers several payment options for you to choose.
• Credit / Debit Card: You can use any of the cards listed below. We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.
• Cash On Delivery (Greece & EU Countries): Payment is made to the courier authorized representative upon receipt of your order. Please note that for EU countries COD service will add the extra amount of 15€ to your order.
How do I use my discount code?
If you have a promotional code, you can use it by entering it in the relevant field “Have a promotional code?” and clicking “Update” at check out after choosing your delivery address. If you only need to calculate final price, please visit your Shopping Bag page and enter the code in the relevant field.
What if I have forgotten my password?
If you have lost or forgotten you password, click on “Forgot my password” on the account login page to receive an e-mail with instructions on how to set a new password.
