Online Returns Policy
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- Product(s) must be in the original state in which you received them, have not been used, worn, soiled or in any other situation beyond their original and their safety tag must remain intact.
- An email to our Customer Service Team is required prior to your return.
- Returns will be refunded.
- We will refund the price you purchased your item at, including sale items. We will not refund return postal charges.
- Items purchased online cannot be exchanged in store.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please initially email our Customer Service Team at email@example.com stating your order number, reason of your return and item(s) you wish to return. We recommend shipping through registered mail or courier to avoid any loss, theft, or damage of the item. The item(s) you are returning are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed properly and will reach their destination.
How will I be refunded?
Upon receipt of the item by our Customer Service Τeam, your refund request will be processed. When this stage is complete, your refund will be refunded by cancelling your credit / debit card and money will be returned to your card as per your bank's time procedures
